Founding Partner
Mr. Avinash Gokhale is the founding partner of Gokhale and Associates. Avinash completed his LLB from Government Law College, affiliated to Mumbai University in 2009. He started his practice with Mr. M.B. Kotak who was a renowned and senior Advocate in the practice of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal matters. Avinash got the opportunity to handle trial court as well as High Court matters up to final hearings.
Avinash has over 15 years' experience and is well known for litigation and solution-oriented approach while advising his clients. Avinash heads the litigation practice of the firm.
Adv. Shruti Gokhale
Founding Partner
Mrs. Shruti Gokhale is one of the founding partners of Gokhale and Associates. Shruti completed her LLB from Rizvi Law College, Bandra affiliated to Mumbai University in 2009. Shruti completed her LLM in Intellectual Property Laws from SNDT University in 2012.
In 2017, with the formation of the firm Gokhale and Associates, Mrs. Shruti Gokhale ventured in the Intellectual Property laws and started with Trademark filings, Trademark prosecutions, Suits before the Hon'ble High Court. In 2021, the Branch Office at Jogeshwari was set up. Shruti majorly looks after the Intellectual Property Law and heads the non-litigation practice of the firm.
